Open Die Forged Metals
Forged parts in steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, and titanium
All Metals & Forge Group manufactures a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys in eight metal families, including alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, and titanium. This includes many hard-to-find alloys, special alloy steel grades such as HP9-4-20®, HP9-4-30®, D6AC, HY80, F-91, 17-22 A, 17-22 AS or 17-22 AV, the martensitic, austenitic, pH and duplex grades of stainless steel, and the nickel, cobalt and special alloys such as the Inconels, Incoloys, Nimonics and Nitronics.
Forgings can be produced to specifications for metal alloys including AISI, ASTM, AMS, API, SAE, ASME, AWS, JIS, and GB in many custom forged shapes and heat-treated conditions to achieve critical physical properties, such as tensile, yield, elongation, and reduction of area for the desired end use as specified by the purchaser. Producing forgings to recognized material standards is a quality benchmark of All Metals & Forge Group.

CARBON STEEL FORGINGS
Carbon steel is available in grades from C1006 up to C1095, with the carbon increasing from 0.06% to 0.95%.
ALLOY STEEL FORGINGS
Alloy steels represent a range of engineering alloys capable of being heat-treated to a very wide range of mechanical properties.
TOOL STEEL FORGINGS
We maintain a full inventory of tool steels for the production of seamless rolled rings, discs, hubs, blocks, shafts, flanges, and other forged shapes.
STAINLESS STEEL FORGINGS
Any of the over 200 grades of stainless steel including the pH and duplex grades can be custom-forged to fit specific end-use needs.
NICKEL FORGINGS
These are primarily used in extremely high-temperature and corrosive environments, such as jet engines, power generation applications, chemical plants, and oil rigs.
ALUMINUM FORGINGS
Aluminum is the most widely used metal in the industry due to its lightweight, malleability, and excellent corrosion resistance.
TITANIUM FORGINGS
In recent years, there has been a significant rise in the demand for titanium and titanium alloys, primarily used in aircraft and aerospace applications.
COPPER FORGINGS
Copper alloys are widely used in industrial applications due to their heat and electrical conductivity, malleability, and ductility, machinability and wear resistance.
